Mrs. O'Keefe is the instructional leader as well as one of the Animal Science teachers. She received her American FFA Degree and enjoys training and showing animals. She also enjoys spending time with her two sons and husband on their lake.

Her goal is to prepare students to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to work with companion and livestock animals at home or as a career.

Mrs. Jordan teaches Horticulture, Floral Design, Gardening, Greenhouse Management and Soils.

Mrs. Jordan enjoys working on her family farm, horseback riding and hiking with her dog. Her favorite thing to do is travel to different states with her goal visiting all of them.

Her goal is to provide students with horticulture experience that will build over their four years that will help them in their future goals.

Mrs. Manzi-Smith teaches animal science classes with a focus on small animal and veterinary science. She enjoys helping students discover their passions and develop skills for potential career pathways. Mrs. Manzi-Smith also enjoys cooking, jazzercise and spending time with her family and pets!

Mr. Smith teaches Aquaculture, Natural Resources and Ag Mechanics. He loves to fish and has traveled to 42 states.He chose teaching because there is nothing more rewarding in the world than passing on skills and knowledge to kids. He loves Ag Education as it provides a skill for each student that enters our program regardless of their intent or purpose. Students leave our program with an applicable skill that will be used in life.

Mr. Williams teaches agricultural mechanics. In addition to his formal education in Agricultural Engineering with a focus on energy and the environment, Mr. Williams brings knowledge gained in previous experiences as a software engineer, an international  development worker, a tilapia farmer and a baker.  One of the most rewarding aspects of teaching for him is helping students succeed at learning and doing things that are challenging, intimidating, or both.
